Transportation and Parking

The Parliament Buildings are located at 501 Belleville Street in Victoria, British Columbia. With their prominent location overlooking the Inner Harbour, the Parliament Buildings are easily accessible by car, bus, bike, wheelchair, mobility scooter, or by foot.

Parking Information

There is no public parking for visitors on the property.

Public parking is available on surrounding streets and in nearby lots.

For visitors with accessibility requirements, the best place to park is immediately adjacent to the property on Menzies Street.

Bike Parking

Outdoor bike racks are located on either side of the buildings behind the East and West Annexes. 

Public Transportation

BC Transit buses stop on the Government Street side of the property. For more information and schedules, please visit BC Transit.

BC Ferries

The ferry from Tsawwassen to Victoria takes approximately one hour and 45 minutes. The ferry arrives at Swartz Bay, which is approximately 35 km from the Parliament Buildings in downtown Victoria. If you are planning to visit, please allow for approximately 45 minutes to one hour to travel from the ferry terminal to the Parliament Buildings by car or bus.
